Jean back pockets

So if you are petite and your bum is not very big ... Avoid jeans without pockets or pockets that have no details. If you wear jeans with embellished back pockets your butt will look bigger and you will look super FAB! Trust me , you will thank me later when your husband , boyfriend or significant other ooos and ahhhhs when your butt makes it's grand entrance :)

Arm Candy wandy

I've worn arm candy before it was called "arm candy" . I have worn ,watches, bracelets , and bangles to match my outfits ever since I can remember .
Arm candy is currently a very popular Fashion trend. You can use your own to make many combinations or buy some at stores like Forever21.
Here are a few examples of arm candy that can be found in my closet.

This is what I wore today . I met a friend for lunch and I wanted to sport my new gold sneakers . They were a hit !

My gold kicks

When I was 9 in Long Island , I begged my mom for a pair of silver high tops . I loved them so that I wore them everywhere ., never mind that they looked like space shoes - hahaha!

I have an affinity for gold and silver so when I came across these Coach Sneakers I couldn't resist . I had to have them . Soooo I purchased them without hesitation .

They remind me of those fun , fab "space shoes " .

A Shout out to Poshmark !!

So I was cruising the apps on my iPhone on Thanksgiving day , when I casually came across Poshmark . I read the description and thought to myself " hmm I can sell all my gently worn clothes and accessories and get $$ for them ?" Sign me up !
It was then that my new obsession started. Omg!! It is such a fun buy n sell app for IPhone or IPad . If you don't have an iPad or IPhone ... Go buy one ! You won't regret it .
I've made a few hundred dollars so far and have purchased a few items as well . You can use the $ as credits towards purchases of items you really want or ask for a check or direct deposit . It is so easy to post right from your phone or iPad .

On March 7 , 2013 I had the privilege of meeting the owner Manish and his awesome Poshmark crew in Hollywood at the Hyde.
I had a fab time meeting them and mingling and meeting fellow Poshmark pals. I met ladies who follow my closet and some that I follow. I had a blast and can't wait to follow the party wherever it goes... maybe back to NY??

Love to save a buck or 2?

Southern Cali gets lots of sun and if you ever find yourself visiting here you need to get some sun in Newport beach . It is a popular beach town outside LA . While here you must visit Crossroads Trading Company . If you are a shopper like me you will love it! It's a resale / consignment shop where u can find fashion brand names for less. You can bring in your stuff , get credit and Buy Buy Buy.
I usually visit once a month. I was there yesterday and on this trip I purchased a pair of True Religion very soft blue jeans for a whopping $18!!!!

Retro

I sometimes wear retro clothes. It could be from the 60s, 70s & 80s . I don't represent the 90s because There is no trend that sticks out in my mind . I love retro clothing stores and was saddened when the one closest to my house went out of business . It was a small boutique style place . Now alas it's gone . I also visit retro vintage shoppes when I visit San Francisco .

On this particular day I wore a 60s retro paisley top . It's got shoulder cut outs and fits tunic - e like .

Animal prints safari

Are you into animal prints ? I'm not a big fan . I was at a store recently and saw this dress. I loved it since the moment I saw it because of the cut . It's cut a bit differently than a regular dress . I had to try it on , and once I did , I ran to the register to purchase it . I am able to use it as a dress and as a top . If you are hesitant to try something new ... Always try stuff on . You never know how it's going to look on you .
- Don't knock it till you try it ! :)

Simple Sneaks or kicks

I discovered Simple shoes a while back but never purchased . I'm proud to announce that I finally purchased a pair or RED ones!
Not only are these sneakers comfortable and Fab but they are also Eco friendly made from recycled materials. I do believe the company stopped production of Simple shoes this past 12/12.
So if you find a pair , buy them n wear them proud .

"Visiting the doctor " outfit

Yesterday I had a doctor check up . I don't like going to the doctor one bit. I decided to face the appointment looking fabulous . That's the best way .

Top is Miss Majesty , Kenneth Cole shoes, and jeans w magic back pockets that give girls like me an illusion that I have a bigger bootie. So if you are small like me , wear jeans like these .

doesn't ? I rotate them out by season . The weather here has been so nice that I dug out these beauts from my closet! They are blingie - just like I like them :)

They are Kenneth Coles . I have them in silver and gold . Couldn't leave the store with only one pair .
