How to wear animal print without lookin too Jerseylicious like

Animal print is on trend ! It never goes out of style . Fashionistas need to know how to pair these pieces properly so they don't look like they belong on a Jerselicious episode .

Don't get me wrong I'm a fan of the show . I look forward to what new fashions they are wearing each week  but I'm not liking all the animal print that runs wild on the show.

Here are my Suggestions :

1. Wear animal print with neutral colors .Stay away from neon animal print. It's a fad print.

2. Buy animal print accessories to help ramp an outfit . 

3. Buy timeless pieces ie. fitted blazer , silk wrap dress , and pieces that flatter your figure without being too revealing 

4.Only Wear an animal print with a non animal print one ie. wear an animal print with a single cream color cardigan and shoes that blend well with your outfit .

5. If you feel like you have to match , you can do so with your accessories . Provided they don't clash.

 

6. Go single 

You will never go wrong if you wear only one piece of animal print while the rest of your outfit is entirely neutral.

Camo Fashion never not on Trend

Fashion never comes and goes ... It lingers ... Keeps a low profile .. Hides out of sight then Bam! Here it comes again ! It comes back paired up with something new , tweaked and improved.

Take camo for instance . It's BACK ! It was big a few years back . It was fashionable , but not as fashionable as RIGHT now . (You might say " Camo ? Ugh that's ugly ") . It only looks ugly if you don't know how to dress it up .

I had a few pieces in my closet but I recently gave away . ( I really should of kept them 😢)  I think I got sick of seeing them in my closet .. Just hanging there . (I could kick myself for giving them away) 

Since I no longer had these pieces I had to run around trying to find some . I finally found a versatile camo fashion vest. It can be worn with a lot of different fashion statement pieces.

Speaking of clutches and handbags..... Have you ever reached in your bag for something and could not find it ? You were so frustrated you dumped everything out? 

How about this : Do you not change purses because it's such a hassle to move everything from one bag to another ?

My new obsession : Clutches

Remember back in the day ... Peaking in your mom's closet ... And finding lots of purses with no handles ? Well those were clutches . I totally remember my mom's clutches and how I really wanted one .

Fast forward to 2013...  They R back ! 

Clutches are so in . 

You might say " Yeah they are cute , but they don't hold a lot". Very true but guess what !? Clutches now come in different sizes . If you are like me and need more space, buy a larger one.Some of them even come with a wristlet to keep your bag on your wrist .
