If you have noticed from my Instagram and Facebook postings I am a casual fashion lover . I don't work a 9-5 so I have the luxury of dressing in a casual fashion. 

I feel comfortable dressing up and dressing down . I try to pair jeans with a fashionable pair of shoes or top.

The California life is pretty laid back and my fashion reflects it .

Riverside Red Dress Fashion Show & Expo 2016

February 2016 was another fun local event month. This month I had the pleasure of modeling a vintage red dress for the Pink Ribbon Thrift in the Riverside Community Hospital's 7th Annual Red Dress Fashion Show & Health Expo.

The Pink Ribbon Thrift store in Riverside who's proceeds go to Breast Cancer awareness and services, is a great place to find a great vintage piece or outfit.

This event held at the Riverside Convention Center welcomed Women and men from the Inland Empire . It benefited the American Heart Association and it raised awareness of heart disease and stroke . 

Also in attendance were various influential citizens like assembly member Mrs. Cheryl R. Brown.

The fashion show featured fashions from downtown Riverside stores .

Edgar Santos one of Hollywood's most sought after International  A List make up artist was the Special Guest.

Make up and hair was provided by RCC Cosmetology Department headed by Peter Westbrook. 

I am honored to have participated in this Fabulous Fashionable Fun event. Please consider attending this event next year in 2017.

First Event of 2016

January started off right with the Lights Camera Diamonds event by Robbins Brothers Costa Mesa . This event was hosted by the lovely Emily Loftiss - TV personality and Beauty Expert. 

This night was all about Diamonds that sparkle and shine . Local Bloggers and personalities were invited to attend to preview the Michael M collection and other diamonds and jewelry in the store .

Everyone mingled , chatted and previewed . 

I also met up with friends and met new ones.

I had fun at the photo booth .

There was a red carpet picture opportunity.

And Yummy food and drinks .

All in all it was a fun evening . I'm happy I attended . I met some nice local bloggers and previewed diamonds . Thank you Robbins Brothers Costa Mesa and Emily Loftiss for inviting me .

Happy New Year 2016!

I know it's been a while ! I have spent the last 7 months trying to figure out my next step to this blog . I know it's not fancy like the major ones you see on IG but it's done from the heart and it's relevant to the regular fashionistas out there . 

I've decided to stay true to my initial idea which was What Inspired your Outfit today ? We get dressed everyday and not realize what inspires our outfits . It can be a pair of shoes , a color a flower etc. We start that outfit with an idea or item and we style it around that .

I will also be adding content that has to do with fashion and any events in my area .

I will be asking you guys to contribute with your outfit ideas and I will post them here on my blog .
