What inspired your outfit today ?

This top inspired my outfit today . This is my HK Halloween T . I wear it every year once a year on Halloween week. I try to style it in different ways . Last year, I wore it with a witch's hat . This year I paired  it with black Tommy jeans pants and Nine West orange heels .

I think it was a successful style . Everyone at work loved it and most importantly I loved it too!

Fashion show magic

What inspired your fashion outfit today ? 

On October 2014 I participated in a local fashion show : Downtown Riverside Fashion show . 

The cool thing about it was they allowed models of ALL shapes and sizes . If you've met me , you have seen that I am NOT model size . I'm more of a petite . That made it possible for me to participate and I'm so glad I did . 

It was a fun free event to showcase down town Riverside's fashion boutiques. It is held twice a year at the Main mall in the Fall and Spring . The coordinator Robbie is nice and approachable . I got hair and make up and an outfit to wear ! It was an awesome day . 

 I was able to show everyone the outfit given to me in the best light . Which in return creates sales for the owner of All That Glitters located inside Vanity Haus. 

I love supporting local businesses and activities I love doing new things and I love fashion . Soo it was right up my alley!

Mobile closets

What inspired your outfit today ? 

Recently I've becomed obsessed with mobile fashion trucks .. You know like food trucks ... Instead of tacos or snacks you find fashion!! 

I did my research and started following one in Cleveland , NYC and a local one on Instagram . I contacted one of the local trucks and I planned to pay them a visit .

 Not long after,  I found out that a local fashion truck : Out of my kloset was going to be near by at a mall location and I cruised over to  meet the owner . The owner was so nice and mentioned she started this business in 2012. I shared with her that I love supporting local businesses. 

The truck itself was cute and fab .

After chatting for a long time with the owner I picked out a blue romper and took it home . I finally wore it to a Poshmark event in Laguna Beach. Here are some pictures  of how I styled it .

It's been in my closet

What inspired your outfit today ?? 

                                                           u know those items in your closet that have never have come out to play ? I have a few .... Take this top .for example .. It's been hanging in my closet for a while .. I even tried selling it on Poshmark ... It didn't sell yet so today it inspired my #ootd 

I paired this US Polo sweater with cutoffs & pink heels . Perfect day to wear a sweater top : hot in the sun but cool in the shade . 

I'm so happy I got to wear this forgotten article of clothing .

Hi everyone ! 

I took a few weeks off because now that School has started I've gotten busy .

What or who inspired your outfit today ?

Frida Kahlo inspired my black outfit today . I have always been fascinated by her story that reads like a Spanish TV novela . I identify with her as an artist . I too am an artist but don't do much of it since I'm busy with lots of stuff . Her usage of vibrant colors also intrigues me .

Sooo for all those reasons I have chosen her as my inspiration for my #ootd.
