Style icon - Do you have one ?

A while back I was asked who my style icon was ... I hadn't thought about it until now .... My style icon is JLo a fly girl from the block . We have a few things in common : she's fly , I'm fly ; she's from NY , I'm from NY ; she loves to sing , I sing and best of all she dresses HOT ! 

JLo embraces who she is and has her own style from casual to hip hop to the red carpet ! She shines ! 

I love her Street Style the best . 

She is my fashion Icon .

What inspired your outfit today ? 

Today is my birthday 🎈🎂 and my outfit was inspired by my favorite color blue . 

I searched my closet for something blue . A few minutes later I found this Bebe silk tunic . It is one of my favorite pieces . I added my Kenneth Cole black sandals and a long necklace .

 I decided to do a minimalist outfit since it's been so hot . I think it turned out great !

What inspires your outfits ? 

I wore this outfit to school this week . I've been trying to figure out how to wear these comfortable yellow pants .... I decided to wear them to work paired with my school T . It has a school bus on the back so I thought ... " Why not ?!".

It worked and I looked stylish and comfortable at work .
