Ok , yes they are ugly ..... But are they comfortable ?? ... Yes!!
I first fell in love with these not so fashionable shoes when I started teaching . I needed confortable shoes to wear all day in and out of my classroom. I did my research , interviewed a few college friends , went to a store to try them on and get sized and now ....
I am a for life wearing Birkenstock gal!
I'm into my heels and all .. But when I want comfort and know I'll be on my feet, I prefer my Birks .
Birkenstocks are making a come back this summer 2014. Givency and Celine have either reinterpreted or showed the Arizona model in their summer collections . The Arizona double strap style is not my favorite . Who knows ? I might venture out and buy myself a pair .
